Our 14-Day Vault Protection

At Curio Cards, we stand behind the quality and authenticity of every item in our vault. If you change your mind, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund of the purchase price.

The Condition Requirement

To protect the integrity of our inventory for all collectors, we have one ironclad rule:

Returns are only accepted if the item is in the exact condition it was sold. For all TCG products (Booster Boxes, Packs, Decks), this means the factory shrink-wrap or seal must be completely intact and untampered with.

Why we have this policy:
In the TCG world, the "Sealed Guarantee" is everything. By strictly enforcing this, we ensure that every customer who buys from the Curio Vault receives a product that has never been:

• Weighed (to find "heavy" packs)
• Searched or Resealed
• Tampered with in any way

Once a seal is broken or the packaging is opened, we cannot accept a return, as we can no longer guarantee the item's "Untouched" status to the next collector.

How to Start a Return

1. Authorization: Email us at hello@curiocards.co.uk within 14 days.
2. Shipping: We will provide you with the address for our Secure Receiving Facility. For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery), as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
3. Inspection: Upon arrival, your item will undergo a seal integrity check within 48 hours.
4. Refund: Once verified, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to reflect on your original payment method.
