We treat every order with the respect it deserves. Whether you’re buying accessories or highly allocated booster boxes, our “Vault Standard” shipping ensures your items arrive in pristine, display-ready condition.

Dispatch Times

  • 24hr Dispatch: Orders placed are dispatched within 24hrs.
  • Please allow an extra 24 hours during major new release "Drop Days" or during holiday periods.

UK Delivery Options
For maximum security, we only use fully tracked services:

  • Standard Tracked: 3-5 Working Days
  • Express Tracked: 1-2 Working Days

Pre-Orders
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held in the Vault and shipped together when the pre-order officially releases. Place separate orders if you need in-stock items immediately.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives heavily damaged, please take clear photos of the unopened outer box and contact us within 48 hours. If a tracked parcel is deemed lost by the courier, we will issue a full replacement or refund after their investigation.
